Delivery
For the items we have in stock which don’t need to be altered in any way (eg ring sized, charms soldered on etc), we will endeavour to post the item(s) out to you by Royal Mail (or courier service) within 1-2 working days. You will be notified when your parcel has been sent with a delivery date given - therefore please make arrangements for receiving your parcel as these need to be signed for at time of delivery.
Where items(s) is purchased is out of stock or needs alteration (eg ring sizing), we will contact you with our best estimate of a delivery date.
Where items(s) is purchased from our ‘Supplier Catalogue’, a delivery estimate is always provided.
The cost of delivery is made clear at time of ordering. Our charges reflect delivery within the United Kingdom only. We will charge £2.50 for an order value up to £25 and £5.00 for order value from £25 to £50. Any items over £50 will be sent free of charge, unless the total weight is over 2.5 Kg’s. Where the weight is over 2.5 Kg’s, we will contact you with any additional payment required.
If a ring needs to be sized, charms soldered or engraving carried out, then we will expect to deliver this to you between 7 and 10 working days. If you have a specific deadline to meet, please let us know by email (with date and details of your order) and we will try and accommodate your request and confirm to you by email or telephone.
We reserve the right to delay any delivery if we have any doubt about the validity of the credit/debit card used for the purchase and wish to make further investigation.
Please contact us if you wish items to be sent overseas.
If payment is made by cheque, we will delay delivery of your goods until your cheque has been cleared by our bank
No deliveries of any Tissot products shall be made outside the EU, the EEA and Switzerland
Availability
Many of the items presented in our website are stock items and will be sent to you within 2 working days, as mentioned above.
If, however, the item is not in stock for any reason (eg sold, or needs to be re-ordered), we will inform you within 2 working days with the reason we are unable to send you the item immediately and give you our best estimate of a delivery date to you. If you wish to cancel the order due to this delay, please contact us by email and telephone (or by recorded delivery letter) and we will refund your payment within 10 working days.
We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from sale at any time.
Price and Measurement Information
We have tried to be as accurate as possible with our pricing information and reserve the right to alter these at any time. In the event that we have made an error, we will inform you of this and reserve the right to cancel any order made due to this error or if the item is unavailable for any reason.
The prices given are for purchase using this website only and may not be the same as purchasing in our shop; however, you will be able to collect at our shop as one of the options given during the ordering process.
All prices include VAT as appropriate.
All measurements and dimensions given are approximate.
Ring Sizing
You will be responsible for determining the finger size for your ring. We can send you a plastic Ring Sizer which will certainly give a good indication of size, but we would recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweller – size required does vary with the width and style of ring being purchased.
Alternatively, we can send you a stock ring (within 2 days, unless needing ordered) which you can have sized by us free of charge (normally takes 7-10 working days) though you will be responsible for the postage and insurance cover costs of returning the ring to us.
Engraving/Personalisation
We can offer you both machine and hand engraving of jewellery, watches and gift items. Please contact us for prices. Engraving normally takes 7-10 working days.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receiving your goods which means you need to inform us by email and telephone (or by recorded delivery letter) and return the item(s) within a further 28 days, under the conditions stated below:-
- We will only accept goods which have no sign of wear and tear and which arrive at our premises in perfect condition with original box, with the ‘D0 NOT REMOVE’ tag intact.
- We cannot accept return of earrings for pierced ears in the interests of hygiene or have been personalised, eg engraving.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item which must be by the same method of original postage to you (eg Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery etc)

Once the package is received and checked, we will refund the value of the transaction, either by refunding the credit/debit card used to pay for the item originally, or by a cheque to the name specified on the original order which will be by our discretion. No cash will be returned.
Payment
Payment will be processed by Worldpay, including a Paypal option, where you will be required to provide contact and bankcard details.
We can accept alternative methods of payment eg cheque, postal order or ‘Customer Not Present’ payment by bankcard over the telephone.
Where items(s) is purchased from our ‘Supplier Catalogue’, then payment is restricted to Google Account only. If this is not convenient for you in any way, please contact us and we can arrange alternative method of payment, as mentioned above. ,
