We now offer our customers the opportunity to discuss the complete design of their jewellery item (eg, wedding ring or engagement ring, etc) with a qualified jewellery designer and artist at our premises.
This is a very rewarding time for the customer where she (or he!) can have her ideas sketched roughly there and then with some practical hints and alternative ideas both from the designer and the experienced shop staff.

Normally, within 24 hours, professionally prepared sketches are produced in hard copy for the customer who would normally choose a design or indeed ask for some changes to be made to the existing design.
After a design is agreed upon, then technical drawings are produced which will enable our jewellery manufacturers to produce the ring to highest quality and standards. If required, only ‘conflict-free’ diamonds of similar high quality will be used to ensure the supplied ring meets the highest standards expected by our customers.
